Dr. Carolyn Woods is a Neuroradiologist with extensive experience in the CT & MRI diagnosis of brain, spine and neuro-related vascular disorders. She graduated from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. Dr. Woods completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, where she was Chief Resident. Following her diagnostic training, she completed a two year Neuroradiology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She then joined a dedicated Neuroradiology private practice group in Dallas for 7 years, and became partner. During this time, she worked very closely with some of the most talented orthopedic and neurosurgeons in the DFW area caring for outpatients as well as covering brain & spine emergencies for Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. For the last two years, Dr. Woods has practiced brain & spine imaging for multiple imaging centers in Texas & Kansas. Dr. Woods lives in Dallas with her husband and two young children.
